Appendix 1-A of the Tax Miscellaneous for 2024.

On January 15^th, 2024, the Appendix 1-A of the Tax Miscellaneous for 2024, was published on the Official Gazette of the Federation.

The Appendix 1-A, includes several amendments to the tax procedures of the following topics and laws: 

• Federal Tax Code.
• Income Tax Lax.
• Value Added Tax Law.
• Excise Tax Law.
• Federal New Automobile Tax Law.
• Federation Revenue Law.
• Income Hydrocarbons Law.
• Federal Rights Law
• The provision of digital services and intermediation between third parties.

Additionally, the Appendix 1-A includes the amendments to the tax procedures of several Decrees in which various tax benefits are granted.
