Appendix 3 and 7 of the Tax Miscellaneous for 2024.

On January 5^th, the Appendix 3 and 7 of the Tax Miscellaneous for 2024, was published on the Official Gazette of the Federation.

 

The Appendix 3, includes the amendments to the non-binding tax criteria of the following laws: 

 

• Federal Tax Code.
• Income Tax Lax.
• Value Added Tax Law.
• Excise Tax Law.
• Income Hydrocarbons Law.
• Federation Revenue Law.
• Federal Rights Law
• General Import and Export Taxes Law.

 

 

On the other hand, the Appendix 7, includes the amendments to the fiscal regulatory criteria of the following laws: 

 

• Federal Tax Code.
• Income Tax Lax.
• Value Added Tax Law.
• Excise Tax Law.
• Federal Rights Law
• Income Hydrocarbons Law.
• Federation Revenue Law.
